    The people here are not technical support staff for a commercial
product.  They are providing help out of the kindness of their hearts, at
their leisure, whenever they feel like.  I suspect that if the answer to the
question you are asking was quick and simple someone would've already
answered.
    The nice thing is that if you have an Interchange issue that requires
immediate and serious attention, there are a number of people in this forum
who offer "professional interchange consulting".  These are the people who
develop interchange day in and day out month after month who can certainly
work with you to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your IC
installation.
    There are so many resources available, it looks like the issue you are
experiencing is not simple enough to post in a message (either the exact
problem or an exact solution), so all you have to do is decide what method
of resolution you want to use.
