[ic] locale and dual currency.

I have got my catalog displaying split prices [ £ / € ] (only in
results.html page ATM)

[setlocale en_GB][item-price][setlocale]<br><!-- sterling is default -->
[setlocale eur_EUR]
([currency convert=1][item-field price][/currency])<!-- the euro -->
[setlocale]

I've also ammended to catalog.cfg

# Last locale specified is the default.
Locale en_US LC_CTYPE C
LocaleDatabase locale
Locale en_GB LC_CTYPE C
Locale eur_EUR currency_symbol "&euro;"
Locale en_GB currency_symbol "&pound;"

If i comment out the 2 Locale currency_symbol values I get no currency
symbols. This shouldn't be the case as I've already set up locale.txt with
these values..

My locale is the same as Jonathans:
http://www.webmaint.net/interchange/uksetup/locale.txt

What might be the cause of this file not being read?

Also what other pages will i need to modify to allow my catalog to be fully
dual currency compliant? We are not expecting to offer CC payment off the
B2B site as the client deals by invoice and purchase order.

Thanks.
