[ic] Using convert-date to convert an integer into weekdays

I got it issue solved by doing a [convert-date fmt="%a"]07-0[sql-param
wkday]-2002[/convert-date], and it shows now the weekday correct. Strangely
I got the locale changed only with [set mv_locale]fi_FI[/set], but not with
[setlocale name=fi_FI persist=1]
