You can log this information into a file with the IC TrackFile
configuration directive and watch some statistics in the UI,
but nothing about which products been viewed and selected for
the cart. 

IMHO this would be a very interesting function for Interchange,
but none of my customers developed enough interest in it to
fund the further development.
