[ic] Customer says flypage = 404 error

I got an email yesterday from a customer who says clicking on my "More Info"
button (the button that leads to the flypage from the product listing page)
at work yields a 404 error every time.  I have IC set up so that when a page
is not found it will display the custom 404 page, but she's just seeing the
regular browser error page.

She does work at a bank and she thought it might have been some kind of
security thing the bank does, but I can't imagine why that page would be
blocked but not the others.  I've got a feeling it's some sort of a proxy or
maybe network thing.  I remember when I was first setting up my store on
4.6, we had some problems with 404s through an "older" proxy, but the custom
404 page was displayed then.

She is very nice and very helpful, so I can ask her questions about her
system that will help diagnose the problem.  She did say she's on a Windows
machine.  What should I ask her (browser, etc.), and does anyone have any
idea what the problem might be?  Thank you!
