For the IC sites that we develop/host, the number of visitors and page
views is only part of the equation.  The size of your product catalog,
"complexity" of pages (Are you doing any custom queries? How much have
you manipulated Foundation? Etc.) will all have an effect.

For us, the biggest resource that we need has been RAM.  We run in RPC
mode and currently have one server with about 25 medium traffic sites
running on a Dual GHZ with 2 GB of RAM.
