Interchange currently doesn't address this, but like just about anything 
else, it can be done. You may need the help of one of the compentent 
consultants on this list. I would suggest you consider a "Choose your 
country" front door to the site - many companies that do business in 
multiple countries constrain things in this manner. Obviously the data for 
your products is going to expand somewhat, with lists of included/excluded 
countries and regional price adjustments. It is not a huge project, but it 
will take a bit of doing.
