Hey there people.......

I went and looked at the patents in question..... Guess one can patent
anything these days....
Not enough to do a little work and actually write a software product and
copyright it.....

The patents could be applied to any POS system on a network.. including
those at large store..
kmart, wal-mart, etc.

Of course that make their patents totally bogus, as these systems have been
around for a lot longer time than these patents.

Their patents do not distinguish between a "network" and the internet.  We
all know that the larger stores, such as wal-mart, all stores are
inter-connected on a wan and that all the sales information, etc. is
encrypted while going back and forth to the central offices.

Get a lawyer and file a hell of a counter-suit. They don't have a leg to
stand on.

What they will actually give a patent for... what the hell is this place
coming to......
