There may be a script you could write or something along those lines that
would set them all to 1, but the easiest thing for you (or me in your
situation) would be to export your table and import it into Excel, make all
the changes, and import the XLS file back into IC. I've had trouble with
the XLS import to IC, but I think it's supposed to work.

You could also go to the Spreadsheet view of your table right in the UI and
make the changes there. That way you only have to click submit after you
fill all the fields being displayed with the correct values. Then again,
4.8.6 may have a problem with that Spreadsheet view. Mine won't display the
"More: 1 2 3" pages so since I have more than 50 rows (it's 50 rows max to a
page) I'm out of luck with that. It's too bad since this worked perfectly
in 4.8.5.

If XLS won't import and the Spreadsheet display won't display it's "More"
pages (this is only a problem if you have more than 50 rows in that table),
then you should be able to get away with exporting to Excel, making the
changes, then importing that file into Access and exporting it from there
into a txt file which you can then upload back into IC. Excel's export to
txt files is crap.
