[ic] Interchange Server must not Run as Root hrm.. i have done that

check the spelling for your ic-user: is it Andre, andre or AnDrE. All these
versions are different.

then do as root:

su -c "/usr/local/interchange/bin/interchange -r" andre

and again, check how you spell all your commands and username.
