[ic] permission editor and tablereport (custom report)

Hi guys


IC 4.9.7

It seems that only a super-user can access custom reports. Is this what is
suppose to happen, for security, or is this a bug? I took a look at
tablereport.html and I am taking a guess that it is:

[if-mm !advanced report]
[bounce page="__UI_BASE__/error"]
[value name=saved_report set=""]
[/if-mm]

I am not sure, but maybe the permission editor is missing this setting, that
is, if my first assumption is incorrect. I am taking a stab that is may
belong somewhere in access_permissions.html but not sure where or how.

Just a confirmation... anyone?
