This is one of the tasks in Interchange that really doesn't belong
into the UI. Generating tracking report offline with the jobs feature
4.9.x would be really nice, but unfortunately it is unlikely that
the ICDEVGROUP has the resources to fix this in time before going
into the feature freeze for 5.0.
