[ic] mod_interchange permissions

mod_interchange was not letting me get to my images.

The images were fixed by copying my catalog directory under my document 
root to a new directory that didn't have the same name as the catalog. 
I left the original catalog dir, or IC wouldn't work. Changed 
products/variable.txt with the new image dir.
