[ic] PGP failed with status 1

Hi

RH 7.3 using up2date so have this weeks OpenSSL update.
IC 4.8.7 (originally 4.8.5 then 4.8.6)

PGP has worked for a long time hut has failed today.  This may be the first
CC order since update.

Is anyone aware of an issue with latest update.

Where do I start to track this down?
