I did a bit of investigation, and it works fine for me except that the
permission for the tables list (admin/gentable.html) is "stats" and it
should be "gentable". This is in the menu editor (or include/menus/Top.txt).
I have fixed this in CVS.

Otherwise I can list and edit the records normally given all
permissions.
