[ic] Set SSL in Admin Interface

Hi,

 
I'm able to set SSL in the Demo Tool to secure mode but II couldn't find
or set the   Admin Interface link or admin module to secure mode.  Where
can I set the Admin Interface to support SSL for Interchange 4.9.6. How
do I set localization in the admin module for foreign countries?

How do you setup localization for other place other then USA?

How do you custom set ORDER running NUMBER in interchange demo?  The
running no. is TEST00001, how do I set it like Order00001. 

How do you setup Interchange to startup in Linux at bootup?

Where can I find the 'associated module' document? In which manual for
payment setup?
