[ic] Resubmit: Problems with OnFly Items

hmmmm, I'm using order groups because the OnFly Items are free and only 
given with the first item. If I put the onfly items first, then they are 
not removed when the "Real" item is deleted.

I'm thinking I could use the ItemAction Functions to work around this.

Any Ideas?
