[ic] Redhat 8.0, Interchange 4.8.7, Server Error 500 on Design

Here's my setup...

Redhat 8.0 and up2date has been run

MySQL running successfully

Downloaded tarball for IC 4.8.7

Installation seemed to go smooth.

The bin/makecat also seemed smooth.  A MySQL database was successfully
created.

I enter the Admin part of the store website and everything seems OK, EXCEPT
when I try to use Design from the Admin screen I get a Server Error
500:premature end of script headers

Any ideas?

FYI: I also tried IC 4.8.6 and had the same results
