Most of the Interchange tags are listed and explained in the
"Interchange Tags Reference" document.

As for variables and values, you can define whatever you like unless
the name starts with 'mv_', 'ic_' or 'ui_'.  If you define a scratch,
value or cgi that starts with one of the prefixes listed above, you risk
a clash with a possible internal use of that name, either now or in a
future Interchange version.

[item-field colname] will return the value in the 'colname' column, in

Note that an unmodified Foundation demo will not have a 'section'
column in the products table.
