[ic] Shipping to multiple countries

Firstly, apologies for posting what must be a quiet common problem, but I'm
afraid I couldn't find a solution in the mail-list archives or documentation.

I want to set up two rates of shipping, one for the UK, one for everywhere
else in Europe.  I clicked a few buttons in the admin interface and produced
the shipping.asc below.  I'm not sure what's with all the
backslashes?!?!  I understand the bottom few lines, though, from reading the
docs.

Anyway, assuming that it works, my question is simply how to set it up such
that it will use one set of prices for the UK and another for everywhere
else?

I have tried setting the default to "uk", but the checkout page says "  Note:
No match found for mode 'default', quantity '', returning 0."

I hope this makes sense!  :-)
