[ic] perl expression in etc/profiles.order

hello,

i am trying to use the following expression:
[if value project_id =~ /^200([0-9]{1})\-([0-9]{2})\-([0-9]{4})$/]

it is working in perl
the goal is to match XXXX-XX-XXXX where X are numbers between 0 and 9

now, it considers always matching even if not true !!!

Any idea ?
