[ic] Ship Notice

 Hi, 

 I have noticed whenever the customer gets the ship
notice. The payment method is always "COD" regardless
of the paynment method used, and the shipping method
is always blank. The receipt notice shows all the
correct info, this only happens in the ship notice.

Can anyone give me some help on how to fix this.
