[ic] (ic)install problem error with customer and admin link

The link program can't be found. Either you specified the wrong path to your
cgi-bin or your webserver is not configured with a cgi-bin etc,etc.

This is a webserver error not Interchange. The link (which you have not put
in your email) is not pointing to the Interchange link program.
