[ic] install admin & custoemr links don't work

Does the IC server start?
did you install from RPM or Tar?
I did 4 rpm installs (over 2 mos of 
troubleshooting) before I tried a tar
and it it working in 2 hrs.

Yes, IC is running, no errors on 
restart. As far as I can tell, I have 
the
cgi-bin set according to httpd.conf at 
/var/www/cgi-bin. I did notice that
when I restart IC, share files are not 
found and copied. Not sure if this
is necc. I did a rpm install with IC and 
all the dependent packages it
needed. I had to forec some of the 
additional packages on the rpm install.
Some gave error of conflict.
I did try a tar version, but did 
not get it to work. Hmm, maybe I will 
try again. I had a problem getting all 
the dependent modules to install. Now 
that they are install, maybe the tar 
version will work???
