I would consult the Payflow Pro guide for details on the 'Unrecognized 
transaction' error, perhaps talk to Verisign if you need more info. Also 
check the reports in your Verisign merchant control panel for more details 
on the failed transaction. At this point I think you need more specific 
information as to the nature of the failure.
