[ic] Shipping Options Disappeared in Latest CVS of IC???

Greets:

I run latest CVS of IC and I am no longer able to find in administration
portion that allows me to select which options for shipping I can offer my
customers. Did it move or disappear? I wish to enable Fedex as well as UPS
options.
