The above is very instructive.

For those using cpanel installed interchange, to demonstrate to your host
the error, do the following:

1    rename your catalogs dir, cart.cgi in your cgi-bin dir, and cart/images
(back up your old work)
2    install a new cart from cpanel
3    click on "enter as customer"
4    open the error.log in the cart directory (usually
/home/username/catelogs/username/error.log )

You shoudl see the error record:

SQL query failed: Can't locate object method "where" via package
"SQL::Statement" (perhaps you forgot to load "SQL::Statement"?) at
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/lib/Vend/Scan.pm line 665.
