Greetings: Could someone please explain to me what the following message above the "Shipping method" on the "Checkout" page refers to? "Note: 1DA: Missing ConsigneePostalCode" Should the "Shipping method" drop button show all methods which have been allowed? I am testing a cvs version of IC and am getting the same results.
