I just realized that my in-stock notification does not work.

I tested it by going to an item that had "0" inventory.  The flypage show
that there is no inventory and has in the in-stock option.  I give it my
name and email address.
At this point I receive an email that tells me that when the item is in
stock I will get an email to let me know it is in stock.

I then went to the UI and increased the inventory from 0 to 10.

No email was sent to me to tell me that it was now available.

I am running Interchange 4.8.6 with foundation template.
