[ic] POSIX functions

I've run in to the need to do floor functions, and to the best of my knowledge 
this is only implemented in Perl via the POSIX.pm file..
So, I was reading through the thread archives, and came across the posting 
from Mike Heins..

Is this function going to be rolled into IC?

Is anyone using the code above in a working implementation?
