[ic] can I customize quantity pricing?

Still running 4.8.x

On the item pricing page in Admin, there are q2, q5, q10, q25, q100

My client's pricing.txt just has:
sku     price_group     q2      q5      q10     q25     q100

and the client has weird combinations like boxes of 12, 24 pallets of 
144..

Is there a way to set up quantity prices for various groups or products?

I'm not too experienced at this, and am getting lost trying to read 
anything out of the manuals.
