[ic] disable credit card

Hi,

I'm trying to work out how to disable the credit card payment method. All
payment methods other than COD have been disabled via the admin section.
However, when getting to the shopping cart, by default it asks for the persons
CC details (Card number and expiary. Not card type).

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
