[ic] Problems with Subcatalogs under Interchange 4.9.8

Mike,
 
Variable.dbm only includes this:
 
Database            variable        variable.txt      TAB

For some reason the subcatalogs under 4.9.4 don't work unless they have a seperate variable database defined.
