I suggest you follow the installation guide that has the section 
"Installing Perl Modules without Root Access" (Advanced Interchange doc 
on icdevgroup.org).  Then do a make install and have it work without 
getting any errors.

Alternativey, I highly suggest installing Interchange on your own 
development machine where you can have all the packages installed that 
it needs, and get comfortable with it.  Read the documentation, it 
explains what each part of interchange is, and how it works.  Please 
refrain from asking the mailing list to walk you through what the 
documentation states.  Its a bit of reading, but is essential to 
understanding how Interchange works.
