[ic] Interchange Table Import PGSQL

Hi,

I am getting the following errors when trying to Import a table into a
Postgresql DB

Import of table products: Upload FAILED 
Import file 42omIrVG.products.add not found!!! 

can anyone please help me as this is extremely frustrating
