I'm currently in the middle of something similar to this on one of my 
sites where Authorize.net and the customer's bank aren't in sync. I'm 
still not 100% on top of this, since it's the customer that set it up 
and yet has no idea what's going on, but basically for you this is an 
issue between Authorize.net and the new "financial institution" 
authorize.net uses to fulfill your orders. Talk to the bank and 
authorize.net (i used their snazzy java-chat support and found it to be 
less stressful than phone conversations and much quicker than emails 
that are usually useless canned responses). They may (legally) have to 
snail-mail you the information.
