[ic] Bug- Payment method shows on all orders as COD

Hi everyone,

Got a problem with 'payment type' on orders....first off:

Interchange version is 4.9.6
Perl 5.8.0
Redhat 8.0

>From the customers view:

1) Created a test order through the system this morning using a credit card.
Confirmation email received, shows payment type as 'Credit Card' in the
email as it should.

2) Follow the link received in the customer email to check order status, and
the 'payment type' shows as COD.

3) After I change the orders 'Pending Status' to 'Shipped', the customer
then receives another email confirmation:

"We have made the last shipment of your order #209025, it is now complete!"

This confirmation also shows the order payment type as 'COD', though the
order was placed with a credit card.

Now from the administrator view:

1) I log in to the system

2) Go to the 'Orders' screen, then click a customers 'Order' number. Here it
shows the test order I placed as payment type 'COD'.

3) Now click on the Users Name (in the order screen) of the same order, and
the payment type shows as 'Credit Card'

What's happening is we have customers replying back to the email sent by the
system that shows the order as shipped complete. They are concerned we sent
the shipment out COD when they paid via credit card.

Looking at the database transactions table, shows COD as payment method for
all orders regardless of the actual payment method selected. Where is the
payment method inserted into the database to correct this bug?
