[ic] Gift Note

I have a gift note textarea on my checkout page. I have a default
message that I would like to be replaced after every successful checkout
procedure. For example: the first time a user visits the site, it
populates the textbox with "enter your gift message here" - they can
change it and the change sticks as they add more items to the cart etc.
That part works. What doesn't work is that once they successfully check
out, I want the gift_note box to revery back to "enter your gift message
here"

Any ideas?
