[ic] pre-filling Admin UI Textarea and Text entry fields

Hi,

Thanks for everybody's help so far on this list!

I have database tables for my website admins to fill out, and I was 
wondering if there is a way to populate the text input fields in the 
Admin UI with pre-determined text when they click on "New Entry" for 
that database.

i.e. I have url fields in the database and I would like to place the 
"http://" for them in these text input fields. Also, I have textarea 
fields that I would like to put a few sentences in for them to modify.
