[ic] Shipping Method Problem - please read.

i have facing the same problem before, but after i check everything i found 
out that there is a small problem that causing the shipping method "empty". 
it is because of the weight of the item that you set, if you set to 0 and 
your shipping cost is calculate according to the weitht then you will 
received nothing to ship message. double check the weight of the item. hope
