If the website incorporates an Interchange catalog (which I assume is the 
case since you posted your inquiry here) then the same/similar Interchange 
version needs to be installed and running on the new server, along with any 
supporting software that is needed (sql server, pgp/gpg, optional Perl 
modules). You need to upload the catalog as well as the static html and 
images, then add (or have the server admin add) a Catalog directive to the 
interchange.cfg for you boss's catalog. That's it in a nutshell, there may 
be other details to take care of. You can write me off-list if you have any 
specific questions.
