[ic] Install problem...

Okay -- I've wrestled with this for 3 days, so now I'm turning to the list 
to see if I can get some help.

I'm installing Interchange 4.8.7 on a new server, on which I just put a 
clean install of Redhat 8.  I installed the Bundle::Interchange (as per the 
docs) through CPAN, and did not update the SQL::Statement.

I kept getting failed dependencies when trying to install the RPM.

I am running Perl 5.8.0 (installed by RH8) -- And when I run CPAN, it tells 
me that the modules it's looking for (perl-Business-UPS, perl-Digest-MD5, 
perl-MIME-Base64, perl-Safe-Hole, perl-SQL-Statement, perl-Storable, and 
perl-libnet) are installed/up-to-date.  (Again, except for SQL::Statement, 
which I explicitly did not update)

So I downloaded the tarball and tried a manual install.  Now everything 
installed with no errors, but when I try to start up Interchange, I get the 
following error:
