[ic] need help finding lost orders in IC

Yes, they should be there, but the problem is I looked
there and there isn't any record of the order.  For
some reason after getting pre-auth'd on the credit
card, they seem to have died or got lost or something.

I'm getting in touch with the customers now to figure
out what they ordered and see if they remember having
any problems when they ordered.
