[IC] Is results_big the template for products?

Hello,
I am sure this has been covered. I was wondering if the results_big in
the ../interch/catalogs/store/templates/components the template I can
use to rearrange the way the item page looks. I was wanting to add
[item-sku] in front of the Item title, right above the description.
Or is there another template I need to use?
It did say in the template, it is the old result_big.
