[ic] no place order button 4.9.6, 4.9.7

Hello,

The demo space 1 on http://demo.icdevgroup.org has no "Place order
button" on the checkout screen.

Same thing on the demo 4.9.7 and 4.9.6.

Has this been addressed before?  Couldn't find it in mail list search.
