[ic] More on nothing

I just found the problem, I am not sure if this is a bug or not but
using the

[tag op=header]
Status: 404 Not found
Content-type: text/html
[/tag]
[tmp page_title]
404 Sorry, the page (@@MV_PREV_PAGE@@) was not found
[/tmp]
@_NOLEFT_TOP_@



in the special_pages/missing.html page gives this error. 

I would think this is a bug but I need a IC professional to say it is
one since I am not (an IC professional).
