[ic] APT source and Debian Packages

I am trying to update IC using the APT source (as indicated on the page 
http://ftp.icdevgroup.org/interchange/4.8/debian/)

- deb http://ftp.icdevgroup.org/interchange/debian interchange main

and receive the following messages from apt-get update:

- Failed to fetch 
http://ftp.icdevgroup.org/interchange/debian/dists/interchange/main/binary-i386/Packages 
 403 Forbidden
- W: Couldn't stat source package list http://ftp.icdevgroup.org 
interchange/main Packages 
(/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.icdevgroup.org_interchange_debian_dists_interchange_main_binary-i386_Packages) 
- stat (2 No such file or directory)

I know it used to work, but it's not now. It's sure nice to have the 
source hosted.

Also, will there be a .deb package for 4.8.7 added to the source?
