remove 

<input TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_searchspec VALUE=0>

in your component "blue_search_box_small"

I think I've fixed it by changing the line to:-

 <input TYPE=hidden NAME=mv_searchspec VALUE="">

Can anyone see a problem with that?
