[ic] Edit header

How do you access the header for editing?  I want to replace the image 
of the text w/ a different image.  I don't see it in the page edit 
function (header and footer are greyed out in the diagram to the left in 
content/content edit of the interface.  And when I look in the 
interchange files installed on the server by our host, I don't see 
images that match the default.
