Perhaps you could set up a mail alias to forward any replies to
another address.  You could also change the Interchange user's login
name and GCOS (full name etc.) information by editing the /etc/passwd
file, or whatever you use to manage login accounts.

You said "report".  If you (more likely) meant the receipt that's sent
to the end-user then you either change the ORDERS_TO variable, or edit
the etc/mail_receipt file.
